1. Precision slitting and cutting
Can perform designable repetitive slitting for various types of cutting work. Capable of cutting and rewinding materials according to customer customized widths and lengths.
2. High precision full servo multifunctional composite
It can combine multiple laminations, waste discharge, multi axis tension, pressure, clearance, etc., and effectively ensure the bonding accuracy, flatness, and pressing force of composite products through multi station full axis servo control. It is suitable for various material laminations, with fast process speed and high product quality.
3. Split station sleeve punching
We have QDC precision production technology in die-cutting manufacturing, which can achieve multi-layer structure and material stacking of products. The process holes of machine A can be positioned by machine A and machine B for continuous stamping and automated waste removal. The precision of the products produced through this process reaches ± 0.05mm, with stable dimensions and high production efficiency, which can meet various assembly needs of customers.
4. High precision film to film automatic pasting
By controlling high-precision modules, combined with multiple high-precision cameras and advanced lamination methods, the product's lamination size accuracy reaches plus or minus 0.1mm, and the Cpk is greater than 1.33, resulting in better product quality and meeting the needs of customers for high-precision lamination products.
5. Multi station automatic correction roller cutter group
We have a multi station automatic correction roller cutter machine group, which can produce products with small tolerance for two cutter fit. Being able to automatically adjust the fit of the second mold based on the parameter values set by the automatic function and the calculation of the backend system program, using a mold as the benchmark, to achieve stable fit dimensions with small tolerances in the product.
