The process and product features are as follows:
1. Process flow
Raw materials → drying → melt extrusion → forming → edge cutting → winding → slitting → packaging;
2. All products meet EU environmental requirements; Provide products with different appearances (roughness) according to customer customization requirements;
3. Polycarbonate film/PC: produce products with any thickness and width within the range of 0.05-1.00mm according to customer needs, up to 1250mm;
4. Polypropylene film/PP: produce products with any thickness and width within the range of 0.10-1.00mm according to customer needs, up to 1100mm;
